As you walk around you will see these small baskets called 'canang sari' all over the street, beach and outside homes, they are the offerings of thanks from the locals who are sharing thier fortune, food, money and flowers and is based on gratitude to the richness of life granted to them.

The people of Bali are freindly, happy and love to put on a good show.
